No authentic walk around Hong Kong would be complete without a mention and a peek at the wet market(s). Wet markets can be outside like the Graham street one in Central or they can be housed into a building with the veggies and fruits on the 1st floor, poultry and meats on the 2nd floor and restaurants on the top floor. If you’re in it for the cooked food, I would recommend Tung Po (English Menus available) at the Java Wet Market at North Point. Come early (6-7pm) or else you’ll have to queue because it’s that popular.
Yes, we like our poultry and seafood really fresh!
